Fort Report: Job Creation

So often in Washington the framework of a policy debate is uncreative, lacking in substance - or worse yet, just plain wrong. On an issue as important as job creation and employment, it is critical that we examine the underlying problems leading to economic hardship for many Americans and small businesses. Moving beyond political rhetoric and past policy decisions is necessary for constructive solutions.
